185 You have enough money to purchase either a house or a business. Which would you choose to buy? Give specific reasons to explain your choice.

 

If I have sufficient money to purchase either a house or a business, I would definitely choose to purchase the house. Let’s take a glance at the merits if I choose the house.

First, as an indispensable, a house may provide us a more comfortable life. When I’ve been through a busy day, a clean and comfortable house is like a paradise for me, which can dissipate all the fatigue and make me fully relaxed.

What’s more, as a real estate, a house is also a fantastic subject for investing. As it is known to all, the economy always fluctuates up and down, but the leading trend is gradually increasing. And with the increasing of the economy, the inflation comes, which will result in a devaluation of the currency. By contrast, the value of a house will increase with the same speed as the economy increasing. Hence, if I sell my house at that time, I’ll get an enormous profit which is probably as much as my 2 years’ salary.

Nevertheless, only if we purchase it at a proper time, may we get the above profit, but anyway, a comfortable house will definitely make your life more colorful, restful and graceful. On the contrary, investing in a business will make you embark on an experience of unstable and busy life, at least at the beginning years. Furthermore, a business, especially an unfamiliar business, will be a very risky and demanding project for a person. Unless you’re a well trained and experienced businessman, otherwise, you will have to contribute more to running the business, which will deprive most of your gorgeous moments in your life.

Hence, in conclusion, I would choose to purchase a house to make my life my more wonderful and enjoyable.
