找了好久发现之前只有一个帖子讨论了这个题，还没看明白，回复也没人理

我明白A可以说明婴儿死亡率低的原因不一定是技术先进，但是不明白原文到底哪个是结论啊？看完原文，我认为社会医疗的技术更先进是结论，社会医疗的是否更可得，婴儿死亡率是否更低跟这个结论没有必然联系，所以就选了b，尽管觉得economic system of socialism也不太对，但是a选项没说明greater access跟技术先进没关系啊???

是不是又是我的阅读问题，原文的前两句压根跟后面的技术先进的结论没关系，所以不存在是原文的flaw的问题？

Pay attention to the "GAP". Authors says low infant morality is sufficient to show a country is technologically superior.

If you can show low infant morality is due to something else, then you are weakening the connection between low morality and technology.
