今天又做了一遍一套PREP，之前在别的电脑里练过，有相似的题，大概是

Employment costs rose 2.8percent in the 12 months that ended in September,slightly less than they did in the previous year.

A.less than they did

B.less than they were

C.less than it did

D.lower than they did

E.lower than they were

第一次正确答案为B 第二次却是A，不知道我是不是看错了，我知道是在A B里面选不知道具体怎么理解，希望牛人帮助
