宾语从句不能省略that的问题

GMAT中是否由that引导的宾语从句that都不可以省略？

比如insist that they do...

that是不能去掉的吗？

大部分不可以省但是有極少數考題有省

好像说因为GMAT考试语法的用法都是那种比较严格的书面文

但因为有遇到「极少数」有省的，抱歉，题目我忘了哪题。
