答案A，但是这个独立主格修饰的是shades，是M居住的房子，逻辑上怎么是roof呢？感觉上似乎应该是用with更好，但CDE当中每个也都有问题。

each应该是强调型，修饰dwelling的，我觉得，each最好紧跟在被强调的词后面，这句话好像shades放在这个位置上，有点小问题，不过选一个最佳的选项，就是A了；

注意一点，如果用with就不是强调句尾名词了，就成了紧密型独立主格，作前面句子的状语，变成了

Sb do sth， with....这样with就修饰do这个动作了；

以上都是常用形式，不排除有例外；
