此题已经有了不少讨论，主要集中在C和D上，大家也比较倾向于C。我有不同看法，我觉得C有歧义：是这3/4的STORES生意不好，还是CORPORATION生意不好呢？原文是前者生意不好。

我支持A，ITS指代CORPORATION, THEY知道STORES。这样也满足了ANNOUNCE后面+THAT的要求.

望NN指点...

赞同楼主的观点，这道题我也选的D。而且C也破坏了Gmat宾语从句必须加that的规定

D是不可能对的，announce是及物动词，后面肯定是要有宾语的，或者是announce that 或者是announce sth.

A也不可能对，THEY到底是指代STORES呢，还是SALES呢？有歧义。另外说一句，SALES ARE POOR应该不是地道的说法，POOR作表语，好象解释为HAVE NO MONEY的居多。

C除了THAT没有以外，其他都对。这道题不典型。OVER！
