这题选E我没有什么问题。但是关于Ｃ项，ＯＧ１１里面解释说：to lead and prompt are not parallel。这个解释我不明白：to lead .... and (to) prompt，省略第二个to好象不会给句意造成什么歧义，为什么ＯＧ还是觉得这个平行关系不正确呢？
