我覺得themselves是沒有必要.
還有Although之後的主句不能加however之類?
once比at one time好, 可是不是主因...

A选项 I，前后时态不一致。过去完成时不对。

      II.However 和Although重复。

      III.dedicated（adj.解释为为某特殊目的设计的，专用的。）后置定语修饰four cable networks，而that dedicate themselves 意思不妥.

      IV.Og上也说 ，at one time 不如once简洁。
