You will see this in many sitiuations: interview, social chat...  eople make decision in less than ONE MINUTE, so make sure you leave a good first impression.

我觉得你没抓到点子上

我n年前签证的时候被拒了2次，开始都很莫名其妙，第二次CO随口说了一句I20写的学习时间太短，然后第三次换了张I20就过了

你被拒的原因会留在电脑里，下次签还会问你，所以下次完全指望CO的好心情是不靠谱的。如果你100%确定是因为辞职，那就想个好理由来解释，比如take a break, mentally prepare yourself for the big change, department re-organization/downsizing, whatever ....
