In my neighborhood, dwellers confront the dilemma of choosing whether establishing a new restaurant or not. This issue is a much controversial one in that it affects all the people in their daily life. The bands who think highly of the prior one claim that the establishment can promote the economy and conduce to the convenience,while those who vote for the latter idea declare that the construction will undoubtedly constitute a menace to the environment. The choice, nevertheless, is not easy to make. Deliberately, I am in favor of the former one with a clear head and substantial reasons.
Among the advantages of the foundation of a restaurant in our community is the economic benefit. On no account can we deny the importance of boosting the economic in the 21st century. It is hard to find an area that cannot trace in some way to pursue economic flourish. In addition, the employment rate is one of the most vital figures in economy. Accordingly, so great is our passion for the increasing employment rate that we are willing to build a restaurant. Facts witness and present a myriad of examples as below. A middle-scaled restaurant can provide virtually 200 occupations for the citizens, promising a dramatic descent of the unemployment rate, which is a significant figure of the blossom of the economy. Besides, profits it gains will in return contribute local tax. Furthermore, the government could improve the condition of the neighborhood by increasing parks as well as exercise equipments. Don’t you think these factors quoted above are very persuasive?
Additionally, unaware of the various benefits that a restaurant has had in convenience are those dwellers who regard the restaurant useless. As is evidenced in a recent survey on the internet, it can be predicted that a restaurant can accelerate the development of the local commerce in a variety of ways. For example, with more people having meals there, sorts of shops will appear, such as supermarkets and department stores. When we enjoy benefits of a restaurant, isn’t it necessary that we give some consideration to the drawbacks?
