OG上一个句子成份的分析问题

最近做语法发现做着做着,发现以前确信无疑正确的地方,按语法分析,俺却讲不出所以然了~~

例如这个Often visible as smog,以前都知道是修饰OZONE的没问题,可是现在死就想不起来这是属于啥成份,属于啥语法现象.同位语?,状语?

我是好刨根问底的,有谁能救救我啊,不胜感激~~~~~

感觉最近看题做题,连以前知道点的语法都在脑子里面都被打得支离破碎,真是惨啊~~~

D 没有谓语

E ozone是主语 但是没有动词
