 答案是D，但我认为E更确切，按原文理解，含任一禁止成分的food就不能算是natural food，也就是说只有不含所有禁止成分的food才能算是natural food，这样的话答案就应该是E，natural food do not contain X, Y, and Z。如果D对，那我要问了，如果该食物不含color or flavor additives，但是含chemical preserva­tives，是不是也不能算是natural food呢？

看来不能完全用汉语的解释来理解英语的语法规则，基本的grammer都忘了
