But, I can tell you the truth, the accounting program enrolls more and more Chinese students right now, far more than you can imagine. From my observation, most of these Chinese students have very poor oral skill, and they don't have that good English abillity as you do. I saw you post some good things about GW, but you know time flies. There are not so many jobs opportunities, especially interns right now. It's also not easy to get in Big 4. Many students get hired by loal accounting firms. I know most of them. Did you graduate from MS-Accounting program? Maybe you were a GW MBA student. MBA is much easier to land a job than MSA or MSF. Getting into big four is always not easy thing for almost every school MSAs ; Communication skill is always a problem for other schools' chinese peer too. Even you go to other schools with smaller chinese population, but you still can not improve your E if you always stay with your chinese friends (study and live etc) Usually the full-time job opportunities are more than interns. But if you try and start it early, finding an intern is not that hard. I graduated from GW MSA last year and work in a firm in Tysons Corner. I believe the MSA is easiest to secure a job than other programs in b-school, because lots of accouting firms accept entry level students. How come you think MBAs and MSFs can find jobs under current economy situation? MSA>MBA>=MSF to land a job.
