我自己理解是长的句子,同位语引导的定从好与介词短语引导的从句,对吗?

我的理解是:

1."with the intent of ensutring" is redundant

2.that指代不明，按意思应该是patients，那就是who了

3.没有插入语with紧跟在标点后的例句我没看到，不过不确定，存疑。
