but 后面结构好像不完整啊！！

我认为but是连词，应该连接完整的句子，有独立的主谓宾，主语不应轻易省略呀！！

但是如果补出主语it的话又觉得指代好像不明确。

请大家帮我看看吧~

但是我查了prep里的题目，所有“逗号+but” 的结构后面都有主语！！

例如：

The budget for education reflects the administration's demand that the money be controlled by local school districts, but it allows them to spend the money only
                    on teachers, not on books, computers, or other materials or activities.

其他省略主语的情况大多是没有逗号，或是用的not only---but also 的结构！！

例如：

In laboratory rats, a low dose of aspirin usually suffices to block production of thromboxane, a substance that promotes blood clotting,
                        but does not seriously interfere with the production of prostacyclin, which prevents clotting.

这种现象横向比较是没有意义的，因为我们是在一个题目中找最好的答案，而这个答案在另一题中未必是最好的答案。这里我觉得这只是文法的问题不是语法的问题，所以你不能规定在相同主语的情况下，所有的题目在从句结构中都省略或者都不省略主语。举个例子：

He has been a very good student for over 3 years, but then he suddenly becomes bad. 

He has been a very good student for over 3 years, but then the student suddenly becomes bad. 

He has been a very good student for over 3 years, but then the guy suddenly becomes bad. 

He has been a very good student for over 3 years, but then suddenly becomes bad.
