Why you give this result?

IIT locates in the downtown of Chicago, while Clark is not in Boston...

The advantages of these three schools, in my opinion:

Pace: excellent location for MSF students, to find internships or jobs, especially investment bank field

IIT: good location because of Forward or Options exchange market there

Clark: not bad location and best ranking among these three schools
