B. releasing 动作的主语语法上，是主句的主语 their descendants，但是逻辑上就错了。

A."less than ...., Brazil":为状语

主句题干阅读是： their descendants……had migrated……less than 35years after ……

本句明显强调的是在release这个动作以后不到35年的某一个时间点，发生了migrate这个动作，而b除了since releasing的awkard，意为在35年这段时间内，所以不对了
