这道题目之前看大家讨论也蛮多的,似乎答案是E,我总结大家的观点,主要在D和E的争论上, 认为

assigned前无逗点，清楚修饰experts。

    但实际上，它的原意是想修饰committee。
    所以歧义。

我的问题是, E里面的it 就没有歧义吗,它如果就近指代commite呢?

assign somebody to do something 应该是固定用法，assign for感觉怪怪的。

但是，也有指代不清楚的嫌疑啊。
