I think it would be a bit over to call these 2 schools junk schools. It's not that we can't say anything bad about a particular school, but whether a school is good or bad mostly depends on different individual's goals and needs. If it serves one's demand, then by no means, it is a good school for that person.
On any levels, Emory and Georgetown should be decent schools with solid reputation and should not be put down like this.
Of course Emory, definitely not Georgetown. Don't forget that Washing DC is the target of Bin Laden.
Just kidding! The final choice depends on your career goal as well as the money in your pocket. I don't know the living cost at Emory, but Georgetown is well known for its expensive living index. I have been to Georgetown, which is on a small hill near to the border of Washingtown DC and Virginia. It has a beautiful campus. The bad is no place to park car. So you have to walk to the school. Anyway, that is good to keep fit. Every choice has its tradeoff and only you know which is best for you.
