为了方便大家了解投诉ETS的最新进展,我把一些重要的信息加到 前面来(11月22日14:44 编辑): 昨晚(应该是今天凌晨2:00左右)我打了一个电话,发了两个电邮,都收到回信。 第一封电邮,我说明了我的情况,然后叫ETS帮我复查听力部分,他们也叫我联系NEEA解决。然后我就打了电话去,大汗,由于口语和听力太烂,跟金发MM说不清楚,不过她老以为我要复议的是口语和作文,最后终于明白我是对听力判分不满,她知道我口头表达不行,就要我用EMail 或传真发个complain给ETS。 所以我又写了第二个电邮,强调我的email是complain(投诉)而不是咨询,结果他们马上又回了一封说已经为我的投诉立了案,还给了个case ID,会有人处理。 综上所述:大家可以打电话或发电邮去 电话:001-609-771-7100 电邮:toefl@ets.org(最好在线发,这样可以把自己的信息(如ETS注册号,出身年月)等也发过去,在线电邮地址:http://www.ets.org/portal/site/ets/menuitem.1488512ecfd5b8849a77b13bc3921509/?vgnextoid=e7972d3631df4010VgnVCM10000022f95190RCRD&vgnextchannel=bac9d898c84f4010VgnVCM10000022f95190RCRD 一定要表明自己要投诉(complain),强调有无数无数的人跟自己的情况一定,这样他们就会重视,就会很快处理我的的投诉,说不定会有不错的结果。大家一定要试一试啊。发个电邮很快的。我把我发的两个电邮和他们回的贴出来,大家可以参考一下。

Surprisingly, I got only 7 points in the listening part, while in the first toefl exam I took on Oct 21st I got 19 points in listening part. Moreover I think I did better in the second time. So, I think maybe there is something wrong with the score system. Could you check the score in the listening part for me?
Addition to that, as far as I know, there are so many test takers around me who got an unbelievable low listening score that maybe resulted from the problem of test system, that this situation must be noticed by you.
As for me, I am applying the Mphil program which will be started on January 1st 2008 and the school asks me to supply the offical score report before December 1st 2007. 这位难友的听力有十几分,所以我怀疑是不是他真的运气背,该做对的都不小心错了。而且ETS就给一个简单调查结果,难以服众,可能还是因为发邮件complain要求他们调查的人太少,没有引起他们重视。
我又发了个邮件过去,内容主要是:如果他们打算发一个与那位难友收到的回信类似的邮件给我,让为我的分数正常的话,请他们务必给出下列信息:我错了多少个题,哪些题答错了,我是否有哪些题没答,如果有的话有多少个,是哪些? 不给出这些信息我有理由怀疑ETS根本没有批改客观部分就胡乱给了个分数,而且接到投诉后又不调查却谎称经过调查发现你的分数正常,就是这么一点。 最后再威胁一下,如果不给出这些 specific details 就上法院起诉他们。(这不是危言耸听,确实有很多难友联合请了一个律师准备起诉ETS)。

各位难友,赶快行动起来吧,目前来看,还是有成功的可能的,至少我们要试一下,才无怨无悔啊!建议每位对自己听力或阅读成绩有疑问的难友都发一个投诉邮件或电话,这样才会给你立案,我发的邮件只给我自己立了案,即使我投诉成功了也只能改我自己的分,所以大家都来投诉啊。
