Cooperation is one of the keys words of 21st century. A man having a deficiency working with others, many of us believe, will be deprived of countless opportunities in many ways in his future. From my perspective, this capability is essential throughout the human history.

 

No doubt about it, people are living more assembly today. When we were young, we went to school with our classmates, discussing problems or playing games in groups with them. At work, as the scales of an enterprise are larger today, there are even more people we have to work together. Without teamwork, there would be no mansion ever been built, nor the Internet or even merely a power supplemental network constructed. Owing to this, the merit of cooperation is cardinal in the running of society. Furthermore, an easy-going man may succeed without much effort in his career. Jackie Chen, the leading personality of Chinese movie industry, is good at cooperating with his co-workers. As a result, his colleagues had a very good time operating with him and they formed an immobile team which, helped him cast countless best-selling movies and brought him great fame.

 

On the other hand, in the past, cooperation was a crucial skill, too. Who have ever imagined, for example, in the Stone Age, how hard it was for our ancestors to strive to survive with their primitive stone-made tools against fierce animals and natural disasters? They had no choice but to divide their work and fight together. Considering how immense a factory was in the 1800s, it was even more paramount for the employees to communicate with each other, for they would have failed to execute exactly all the procedures required to manufacture a product with precise structure, say, a automobile. Despite all the influences the merit of cooperation exerted in history, why a multitude of people are under the illusion that it was somehow secondary in the past is far beyond me.

 

Now it is time to come to a conclusion. We are living with others and it is next to impossible to do without our mutual help. It is the virtue of cooperation that assured the evolution of human civilization which, in the end, leaded to the prosperity of our world.
