我前天写了一篇, 没信心,我也是14号考,北美考场的。我把握的作文贴上来,看看怎么样啊, 马上就考试了,心里直捣鼓。 Do you agree that knowledge learned through study is more important than the ability to be creative?
From my point of view, I would definitely disagree with the idea that to have success knowledge learned through study is more important than the ability to be creative. Looking back at the history of famous people or on those who are considered successful has shown no evidence that knowledge through study is more important.
There is no denying that knowledge is important in an individual's development. Take students from prestigious universities for example. Only through hardworking study can they obtain achievement. And, as their knowledge accumulates, they gain good ground for future development. However, did humankind learn to use tools from studying books? Of course not.
Whether knowledge learned through study is more important than the ability to be creative has been the subject of wild debate in recent years. An increasing number of people take the position that the ability to be creative is much more important than classroom learning. Obviously, learning lasts forever and can change things for the better as well as help a person to succeed.
For example, with the rapid development of the computer, the internet is a vast ocean of knowledge of the natural sciences and the social sciences. However, did knowledge by itself invent Microsoft? The answer is definitely no.
From what has been discussed above we can draw a conclusion about what it takes to achieve personal success. Knowledge learned through study is very important but creative ability also plays an extremely important part. Both are vital. It is superficial to say that one is more important than the other. Why not put the two together?
