主要就是结构很变扭，用一个介词短语然后再用一个定语从句来修饰，是非常繁琐的方法。直接用个定语从句就简单多了。
要是硬说错误的话，raising 没能表示出原句的未来时态，should be "at a cost will raise....

考试的时候大概没时间看那么仔细，所以语感很重要
