Urgent! Made a mistake in application. Nee help!

I noticed that I had a typo in my essay several hours after I submitted my application on line. The application deadline is the midnight tonight, still 3 hours awy.
What should I do now? Should I write the Adcom an email and admit my mistake? or keep silent? This urgent. I am waiting for your suggestion on line. Thanks,

if its a minor typo, just let it go

i wouldnt annoy the adcom

I was trying to say a program suits me, but somehow typed as"suites me".
Do you think this is major or minor?
I want to inform them I find the typo since it is still before the deadline, their system does not allow people to make any change once submits though.
