解释没有提到C,D,E选项应该用现在完成时的问题。可是我觉得既然有了since 1990这个时间状语，主句是不是应该用完成时呢？

也就是说如果C,D,E有哪个没有其他错误了，是不是也可以根据exceeds没有用完成时态来排除它？

关于DE的解释：it 指代对象不清楚，it 指代“the growth of the global economy since 1990”有什么错误呢？

我认为“the growth of the global economy since 1990” 和“the growth of the global economy since 1990 （=it ）has been for ” 比较对象有逻辑问题？可以这样理解？
