偶觉得C中的这种用法a family the members of which have 在family 和 the members 之间要加“，”。因为这是一种非限定性修饰，从a family泛指中可以推出。

这里用限定性修饰没有错啊，特指那些家庭成员有过敏症的家庭。

of which修饰family 和whose 的用法都没有错。

但是从agreement的角度考虑选C是最好的。都是用单数多好啊！

members of which，我觉得which 指的是 a family，没有什么错误的说……

这道题我认为是C。比B在单复数上应该更严谨些，后面的onset和infection都是单数。而且看了些网上的句子，a family whose members好像更口语一些，a family the members of which更书面一些。

Would you mind staying with a family whose members smoke? 

She comes from a family the members of which were deprived of their liberty wrongly.

大家把这道题讨论透啊。

前面LES大牛说的非限定应该不是问题。
