一般现在时是可以和现在完成时用在一个句子中的。这里的现在完成时主要是为了强调work against是从过去到现在的一个持续性的动作。

我也觉得后半部分应该和前半部分一样用一般时态而不是完成时，这个类似于一个说一个常见的现象什么的。

我在看题干的时候就在想这个地方肯定有问题，结果看选项里BCD明显排除后，A和E都是用的完成时，也就只能作罢了。如果有一般时态，大概就会选了。
