1. she will ask you a set of common questions, such as why mba, why schulich, long- and short-tem goals, your current work, your comments on your job and past, maybe your colleagues. 2. the tone will be conversational, but you must act as professional as possible: just as many who finished interviews feel, the interviewers are very nice and friendly. but you yourself must elucidate whatever you want the committee to know about you and show your strong points 3. professional suits are recommended 4. arrive on time 5. be confident but not strident; don't be too anxious 6. tenet: get prepared; study schulich as much as possible. particularly, schulich is proud of be innovative, the mainstream in canada for several years. know something about innovation and creativity. further, about leadership 7. lan yu is chinese original. find something from internet about interview.
i just finished interview last week. we had good conversation with Sheldon Grabke, but I don't think i behaved successfully. the time control is not good. maybe i was too successful in controling the interview. there was little chance for Sheldon to ask me too many questions. just take your chance. you may take over the control of interview, but the risks are some interveiwers like this style, other may not.
