Ms Lily,

The Pace program doesn't charge interest, you will only be charge a
participation fee which can range from $25.00-$215.00 depending on
the total amount of your tuition. If you have been assigned a student
ID # you can access the Student Billing System, there you can choose
the "Pace Payment Plan"  and there you'll be able read more how the
Pace Plan works.

我第一年只需要贷一万八左右生活费就可以了（不知道有没低估），如果这样说的话就只需要65元的participation fee了？

有这么好的事吗。
