我觉得：
A的was是否会导致 novelist 和 also the first Swedish平行？
或者，导致also the first Swedish可以和novelist或者和first woman平行？导致歧义？

A会造成歧义在于 was the novelist 和was also the first Swedish writer 平行 也会造成became the first woman 和was also the first Swedish writer 平行。

但是我不觉得这样影响什么。还是不懂A怎么不好了？
