一个essay题目不太明白 求解

我的理解－money was no object ＝ 钱不成问题，

没有可能译为“钱不是目标”吧？确认一下，请高人指点

这样的题目会反映出个人的生涯志向
有的人会想经营自己事业
有的人会想做公益事业救助贫苦
有的人会直接拿去捐

要有细部详述这笔钱要怎么用
例如经营自己事业要如何经营
或拿去捐要捐给谁捐多少比例...etc.
as specific as possible

Certainly!!

"Money is no object" is an idiom.

There is some subtle difference between object and objective, which is a little difficult to explain in Chinese.

According to Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English:

"Do not use object to mean 'the thing you are working towards and hope to achieve'. Use objective."

"money/expense is no object used to say that you are willing to spend a lot of money to get something."
