He is about 40 years old. He worked for a National corporation before studied in Duke.And now, he is coo of a US company(sorry I forget the company name, I got the company name from CD last year). He  asked the normal questions.introduce yourself,why MBA,Why Duke,leadership,who is a good example of leader,teamwork. Hey,you are typical 站着说话不腰疼。Do you see the information about dolores chen, another duke interviewer. Very detailed.  

We have prepared the applications for half a year. Now it is last step for us. We need to build chemstry in short time with such a person we never see. Why not to try your best to make this happen?

Till now, I even don't know the industry this guy are working for.  That's not my style to complete a perfect interview.  To be professional, I always collected every details of my client when I make the first visit to him by preparing materials my client my have interest in.

If who knows lu hao, please say something here.  You are welcome.  I believe that those guys who are dieheart to get in Duke may benefit from your information.

Thank you for your advise.  I will consider it as the last step.   Today I knew that this guy will interview 3-5 persons in R2.  All interview invitation by him has been released.  He must be an active interviewer these years!  His profile will definitely benefit the interview.   Anyway, I will try another channel to get what I need to know.

Luhao is a nice guy. I met him in freechat of Duke this Jan. And then I wrote him a thank you note. He replied to me.

1. I don't know his company, but he worked 7 years before he went to DUKE.

2. He said "Organizational Behavior" course is of the great help to him. You might search what this course is talking about. He said this course seemed to be useless when he was in DUKE, but he can always find something interesting or related to this course after gratuation.

Sorry I only have above information. A nice and helpful guy, just like most alumni from DUKE.
