可是我不清楚C 哪裡不好  我覺得用過去進行式很好阿!!

再加上原文句意没有As\Since的意思, C选有改变句子意思的歧义

2楼已经说得清楚了。2个选项都没有错。

但是能用分词结构修饰为什么还要用从句呢？用了从句原句的重心就变了，本来原文是后面重些的，结果你前面也来一个主语和谓语，变成一样重了，causing a tiny change that is not necessary.
