估计和Hans是同一个面试官，并且我在你接下来一个：）

Unluckily, I was five minutes late for the interview due to the terrible traffic of Beijing. So set off earlier and do not repeat my mistake. Luckily, the interviewer is my friend's friend, So make more friends and keep contact with more alumni~ Generally speaking, the interview process was quite relaxing and enjoyable. He is a nice gentleman.

Questions:

1. Brief introduction of who I am, what I have done and why I need an MBA.

2. Long term goal and my motivation. (We talked a lot about that. He asked me how I was going to do that cuz it was quite difficult.)

3. My underdtanding of leadership and teamwork. Need to provide an example.

4. Failure example.

5. Short term goal. And he also gave me some suggestions.

6. Why Duke. (I really did quite a lot of research about the school.)

7. What contribution can I make to the school. (I listed several. Better talk about something interesting here.)

8. Questions for him.

我应该是在楼主之后面的，面试官很nice。

我面试结束后问他是否着急去吃午饭，不想耽误他时间。他说没事，下一个面试的时间还有一刻钟，我就又跟他瞎扯了一会。

你应该请我吃饭啊，帮你拖住了他，这样他不会有太多等待的感觉。
