I think it is Mckinsey. Unfortunately they often only hire undergraduates from local universities--even in Hong Kong. For senior positions like associate, Mckinsey is only targeting international schools--mainly the US--that's what they said. For the salary level, I heard the undergraduates got 40K/month + housing allowance. That's really attractive, but the company's culture seems very arrogant.
In fact, for those who wanna enter high-profile companies such as Mckinsey, Goldenman sache, you should be very smart and good command of english skills, even strong logical reason ability. If you have the above quality, just forget about business school's international ranking you are studying in. There are 6-7 rounds of rigorous test for you, which held by above big companies..
