嗬嗬，我是在大陆面试的，还不知道只有学生面试这一说。其他同学如知道的话，请分享你们的经验。

至于向学校要求特别面试官，一般top b school都是指定一个或多个面试官，chicago的方法是如果你收到面试邀请，当你选定面试地点后，系统会自动指派一位当地校友给你，除非你联络他/她之后面试官因为个人原因不能面试，才能联系admin office让他们再给你派一个。

I really appreicate if anybody could give me some advice.

Unless you have killer explanation on the change, I strongly discourage you to do so. Although the interviews are typically what we called "blind interview", ie the interview has only your resume on hand, the admission office may still note the inconsistance between the essays and interviews. It may lead the admin office to query whether you have seriously considered your past experience and future career commitment, and in my view, this query can be fatal for you in some cases.

1) 一般如果在CHICAGO CAMPUS面试都是学生面试得, KELLOGG也是一样.  不用担心, 这些学生都是ADCOM COMMITTEEE专门培训过的, 他们会对你的情况进行提问, 然后作出专业的记录, 然后供学校参考.

2) 40%应该差不多吧, 一般40%-50%左右会发出面试邀请, 最后的情况就要看整个POOL了

3) ADCOM和学生, 这个就要看你自己适应的风格了, ADCOM可能比较PROFESSIONAL, 而学生可能比较随意. 你可以自己作出参考.

PERSONALLY THINK YOU SHOULD KEEP THE SAME Between interview and essay.

NOTE: THE WORDS YOU SAID WOULD BE WRITTEN DOWN AND SUBMITTED TO ADCOM OFFICE. ;-D

今天在芝加哥downtown，想去芝大转一圈的

坐绿线到Garfield下，等了半天，55车还不来，风又大又冷，天又慢慢黑了，周围只看到三三两两的非洲兄弟们，我犹豫了半天怕天黑了回去不安全，又乘绿线回去了，汗

是不是有车到芝大才比较方便呀？

平时大家去downtown多么？还是一般就在校区里了呢？
