我起先选错了，原因是以为那后一个that是指代a    “disparate    effect,”    


看了正确答案后，我觉得应该是指代“Not all    employment    selection    mechanisms",不知对否。


其实，本句的中文意思，我不甚明了。而且在做很多题的时候，我都不了解句子的意思，所以，根本谈不上代词跳跃指代，谈不上结构分析等等。不理解句意的句子最容易出错，理解了句意则较少出错了，所以，由是观之，理解句意是不是最重要的？
