请高手帮忙评估四大并购部门与美国顶级VC背景的申请定位

国内前十大学本科，3.4，国内top2硕士，3.7，都是理工科。
G/T不是问题。
一年国内big4 Transaction Services工作经验，一年美国top3 VC工作经验，也在国内。期间还有一段时间创业的经历，也是金融服务相关领域的。
请高手帮忙评估一下这样的背景08年底申请的时候该怎样定位？
个人感觉每件事情做得时间都不够长，可能会比较有劣势，但每个阶段都作出了很多成绩，而且都是密切相关的领域，不知道essay里能不能弥补。

I heard in most big four, TS requires their stuff to gain audit experience first.

i am interested in your shift to vc only after one year in big 4, why and how, so short time as a staff member in both corp. it  seem that you could get your business education in your current top vc instead of in an mba  program .  the question is what is your career gap now ?

在big 4第一年是小朋友，在VC第一年还是小朋友。不过对搂主如何从一年的big4 转到top VC非常感兴趣，因为就算是senior level的TS要转top VC也是很困难的，楼主有料啊

Thats really nice. You don't have to suffer from the peak season audit secondment....

I barely worked on any TS engagement in my first year due to audit secondment and training for CPA..........

and just curious (again), lz wants to do MBA because?

这个得看项目机遇吧，我感觉在TS一年还是学到很多东西的。

可能各个firm的TS项目会有些差别，我所在的firm更侧重于企业运营和财务分析，帮助客户评估企业运营状况和交易风险，

而不是花很多时间去verify财务报表上的数字，没有audit的经验也可以做得来。

有好几个deal从头跟到尾，从财务分析到valuation都做到了。要面试的话，肯定能滔滔不绝，呵呵

TS 转VC是比较难的，因为实际上VC强调的是对团队和商业模式的判断力，所以更需要的是技术跟管理背景的人，反倒因为大多是早期项目，没有多少财务的事情做。据我所知，TS的人大多是去了一些新成立的PE fund（top PE也很难进，一大堆i-banker盯着呢），这个是比较对口的。
