我很不客气地写了这封信，结果一会收到这样无理的答复！ Dear sir: I had not received any reasonable explanations about my abnormal listening scores until now , so I took another exam on 1st Dec,2007. Unfortunately, it appeared a more serious problem , I did not receive the scores , the blank of score appears "incomplete ", I have called the NEEA , they did not know what had happened and let me contract ETS directly. Until now I have heared that more then 30 test takers of Chinese mainland suffered the same problem .It is very terrible and unreasonable. the failure of IBT not only waste our time, money but also delay our application process , destroy our courage and confidence .well ,you shouldn't know the score of IBT is a key factor for our oversea study plan ? Meanwhile this is not the first letter I wrote to you , I 'm unsatisfied with your service and attitude , I have a lot to complain through my two IBT experiences. Evidently , there are some obvious problems on the test equipments that transfer the data from China to USA. Due to your defect,we suffered the unfair and horrible experiences .At present, we do not need your any excuse, we need the acceptable solutions. Only refund or retest free is not acceptable ,you should compensate for our spiritual loss of application delay and failure . In addition , you should arrange another test to remedy our loss, including the specific time and original place , now in china there is no empty for the next year's tests .
