just have a say since i applied msu, had an on-campus interview and are still on the tenterhooks. no news from them although the beginning seemed promising. comparing with others, MSU had a much-maligned name before Lou Anna, the new president. but after the turn of the century, they picked up the momentum and stalked into the 1-tier of the public schools in the states. so far, the hardware of the broad is not so desirable if you compared it with other schools in the same category. but the merging reputation in scm does give it a competitive edge over some other b -schools. i talked with the students ambassadors for long time during visit, and they admitted school, albeit helpful, can't offer much help finding a good placement. actually they waived my toefl before sending me the invitation and the interview sounded not so bad. but almost two weeks passed, no more news from them. probably i'am still in the pool that is dispensable to broad. |
