请有经验的高手回答一下.

Just submitted my application. 因为我是把推荐信寄给他们的，所以我想知道他们通常多久能够match up 你的申请和推荐信呢？什么时候我的status可以显示为completed 呢？

因为很希望能赶上1/9的scholarship deadline.是不是说如果到了1/9我的推荐信和application没有被matchup上我就不被考虑了呢？

mine was not updated even I knew they received the letters on line.  So I called them every day to make sure they update the status.  They told me first time, the status would be updated within 24 hours, then it did , then I called again. and immediately the status changed.

actually just recieved an email notifying me of a status change. i logged in, and it says my status is complete now happy~

also, one thing I really have to say is: the Columbia admisson office is so friendly and helpful every time I call.

really make me think good of the school!
