顶MM的 我发一个我刚从给ETS写的complain letter Dear Sir or Madam,
This is ****. I'm a student who is supposed to take part in today's IBT in NewYork City. After I have waited 3 hours from 8am. to 11.20am, I was told that the technical problem CANNOT be solved today, and I CANNOT reach ETS TOEFL service throuh telephone since I was still at the test center at that time I also couldn't get it online. I have to say, it is the most ridiculous experience I've ever had since I came to U.S.! You all know that today's exam was supposed to be the final exam of this year. And you know how it is IMPORTANT to me, to those students like me waiting for this result to apply for their dreaming graduate schools??? Really never thought such kind of things could happen on ETS, whom I trust so much. I don't want to be reimbursed or compensated, of course I have that right and I'll keep that right. WHAT I WANT IS JUST A TEST AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE!! It could be any day of next week. I know you gorgeous staff need to be a wonderful vacation, so do I. Since it's all your fault, you must do sth to make it up. Let me konw your solution. Otherwise, I may recourse others like lawyer to help you out.

BTW, this test center is awful. Too much noise and too loud music from tow gyms nearby.
