MSU对国际学生的成绩单要求，帮忙看看

在申请MSU过程中，对于申请表的transcript的要求，不太明白，请教一下

MSU除了要求他指定格式的成绩单之外，对国际学生申请还要求了以下文字：

Please submit one official copy of all academic records of any college work (mark sheets, transcripts, diplomas, certificates, etc.) directly from each institution.

The records must include dates of enrollment, a year-by-year listing of courses pursued with credits or time allotted, the grade obtained in each course, your class rank (if available), and verification of the conferral date and degree title. If performance is determined by comprehensive examinations, the records should show the dates and scores, rating, or class of passing attained. In all cases, the institutional grading scale or other standard of evaluation, including information on passing and failing marks and definition of grades between them, should appear on official records or as an official attachment.

Do not send the original of an academic record which cannot be replaced. Photocopies certified as official by school officials, U.S. notaries, or embassies are acceptable.

All academic records must be submitted in the original language with English translation. The translations should be certified as accurate and correct by an appropriate public or school official, sponsoring agency or governmentertificates, etc.) directly from each institution.

我的了解是：让毕业学校直接把学位证、毕业证的官方证明copy邮递给MSU，里面还要求成绩单（这个和MSU指定格式的有什么不一样吗？）

不知道我的理解对不对？有申请过MSU的或处理过类似情况的DX帮忙看看，多谢！
