If no interview invitation, is that meaning, the application denied?

Most b-schools only admit applicants who have been interviewed. In this case, if you haven't receieved invitation by decision deadline, you're dinged. However, for some schools, such as Duke, interview is not mandatory.

You'd better check the application requirement of your target school.
