a need for sth to do sth is correct.
test quickly and quickly test 意思还是有区别的. before expiration 可能会产生illnesses的歧义

1. 也就是说, a need后面不可以接从句是吗?
2. 记得很多before 和after引导的状语后面都用句子, 是因为加名词会产生歧异吗?

expiration 前面没有限定词， 而it expires 有限定。

oh, Hell, i made the same mistakes. well, i agree E is better for C. but choice B obviously has better parallelism. look at this:  b)by testing it quickly for a variety of illnesses and distributing it before expiration
1, testing//distributing
2, for a variety//before expiration

rnt' they perfect?
