个人觉得OG12-21 Neuroscientist, having amassed a wealth of knowledge over the past twenty years about the brain and its development from birth to adulthood, are now drawing solid conclusions about how the human brain grows and how babies acquire language.
    即S, having done ..., Verb +Object中   的having done 不能看作Subject 的定语，
一方面是因为having done 中的完成时表示动作已经完成，而having done 中的having 又表示正在进行的意思，此处逻辑上就是为了表示amass 的动作已经完成，故having done 语意模糊. 这也是为什么大多数语法教程都说having done从不作定语来限定修饰。

另一方面，如果having done 作定语修饰Subject, 又何必在其前后加上逗号呢，完全可以写成
Neuroscientist having amassed a wealth of knowledge over the past twenty years about the brain and its development from birth to adulthood are now drawing solid conclusions about how the human brain grows and how babies acquire language. 总不会是担心因为subject 和verb 隔太远读者看不出来吧。

个人理解：此处作者是为了强调having done 和are drawing这两个动作不仅同为Subject 所发出，更重要的是这两个动作有内在的逻辑联系，即因为have amassed a wealth of knowledge ,  并根据这些knowledge ，Neuroscientist are drawing solid conclusions ... 所以，having amassed  应该被理解为 状语修饰整个主句，having amassed 的动作发生在主句谓语动作之前，故一定要要放在are drawing 之前。换句话说，此句也可以等同于
Having amassed a wealth of knowledge over the past twenty years about the brain and its development from birth to adulthood， neuroscientist are now drawing solid conclusions about how the human brain grows and how babies acquire language.

想请问11楼，having amassed 应该被理解为 状语修饰整个主句，having amassed 的动作发生在主句谓语动作之前，故一定要要放在are drawing 之前。
为什么？？不一定要放在are drawing前面吧？
