concerned over 应该就是修饰主语society and groups的, 而非谓语动词.

因此, 按照时态对应的话, perceive的时态应该是和are对应,因此是用现在时态.

而原文意思是perceive as----把...看成....,  B就不对了 .

而且, as....as.... 两个as中间不应该是名词性质吧, 好像我见过的都是形容词和副词词性的.

B的两个as之间是serious threat

另外不懂的是,concerned单独出现,如果真的是who concerned...省略who(还可以这样省?????),那么不会被以为是过于分词,表被动,从而引发矛盾. AS和groups,被concerned了.

当然,concerned作为谓语肯定不对的,主语和谓语之间,如果没有插入成分,加上逗号就是错的.
