商学院同时申两个专业会不会一个都不要?

虽然商学院FAQ里面明确说,可以同时申请两个专业,可是据说他们的什么系统会显示你申了其他专业,会觉得你到处钓鱼,最后哪个专业都不要.

555,Finance的录取比例那么低,风险那么大,本来想可以同时申两个专业,现在看也不行了.大家有没有其他策略可以Hedge一下啊?

看到过前人写的经验

说学院有时侯自己都会提出让候选人换个专业

不过貌似都是很冷门的专业

I think it's better not to apply for two majors for the same school, if the admission committee of both programs know each other. Yes, they might think you are less committed than other applicants who are equally excellent and more committed than you.

To hedge the risk, you might apply for different majors of different schools at same level.

听说过一个nyu的例子，一个牛人，申请nyu的finance，竞争太激烈，没拿到offer，申请过nyu的人都知道它让你填两个申请专业，这个牛人第二个专业写的是accounting，能称得上牛人背景当然不弱了，拿到了accounting的offer。

拿不错呀，反正让你填两个就填两个，尽量不要浪费机会啊
