| A large company or a small one, which do you want to work for?        Working for a large company or a small one is a important to people hunting work or changing work, especially for students who are going to graduate from school and step into society. In my opinion, working for each of them has its own advantages and disadvantages. Working for a small company, people always have to do so many kind of jobs because the company is lacking of employees, which sometimes always give more chance to them to temper, while are paid less for the company’s low earning ratio which also make the company unstable. As a new guy in the society, it is better to working in a small company for it can bring more opportunities to attempt to do different kind of jobs which means more experience even more work. To most of people who have been working for so many years, however, working in a small company always is not a good choice. The small company could apply only a little mount of salary while the people need more to support their family. The small company also could not supply a stable job to their employees; sometimes small company even could not guarantee it self’s existence.        Compared with those small companies, working for a large company will bring a high salary, a good prospect of promoting to a higher office and more opportunities to deal with big order. The large companies always have strong strength which could give their employees a good development field. Some large companies also have the fund used for paying their employees’ tuition. A large company could absorb many big orders to deal with that a small one definitely couldn’t. It means that no matter the employee stay in the company in the future they will obtain the enough experience for their later career. However, in a large company there always are some strong competitors who always make a high pressure to other employees.        Therefore, I would like to work for a large company; for I think it will also be many opportunities for me to deal with several woks as in the small ones and I believe I could be a winner in the intense competition in a large company. |
