Does Emmory value GMAT very much? Heard people with high GMAT have a high chance of receiving full scholarship.

Yes. I believe a high Gmat helps a lot for more $$.

But for admission, I think essay and interview matter.

The minimum required TOEFL score is 100 on the internet based test, 250 on the computer based test, or 600 for the paper-based test. The minimum required IELTS score is 7.0.

I think it's only a reference. If you are above 100, then you are safe.

And I think adcoms will make their judgment about your language skill and interpersonal capacity by interview.
